Good concept, but needs practical approach
All in all, this is a good recordkeeping appliance for helping me manage my movies. It would be more user friendly if the date fields would allow for textual entry, even if it required a particular format. Scrolling through “previous decades” for a release date (which is only shown as the year on anything more than a year old, which is most everything) is overly tedious. Also, when I explore the Web and find the right photo for my movie, select that Web entry, and ONLY THEN figure out that the movie synopsis is in FRENCH, there is no avenue for me to backup a step and choose a different Web entry. So far, I have either deleted the synopsis, or added the movie only remove it later. Again, tedious.
This is an excellent start, and worth the money in my opinion, but it could use some usability refinements. Keep at it guys: You’re on the right track.
